2. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made at the time of booking or per agreed contract terms.

• Retainer services are billed monthly in advance.

• Project-based services may require an upfront deposit.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, timely information needed for us to perform services. Delays caused by client inaction may impact deliverables and timelines.

4. No Guarantee of Results
While we provide professional HR expertise, outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee specific business results (e.g., hiring outcomes, employee performance, or compliance inspections).

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for such services.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms, engages in unlawful activity, or fails to pay as agreed.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
