Return / Refund Policy

At Prime Path HR Consulting & Management, we provide professional services tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the customized nature of our consulting and management services, all sales are considered final once services have been initiated.

• Cancellations: Clients may cancel a service or consultation within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided work has not yet begun.

• Rescheduling: Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded.

• Project-Based Work: Deposits for project-based services are non-refundable once project planning or work has started.

• Ongoing Retainers: Retainer services may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. Payments already made are non-refundable but services will be honored through the cancellation period.
